I have a total of 4000 square feet ..1000 there on the floor and 3000 up on the second floor where my design studio is. for San Francisco my rent is super-cheap. Its right downtown as well. I been here a long time and have good hookups...and good luck.

that garage must have an 11 foot ceiling?  Seems high for a residential garage space San Francisco.
