Special handling were on police cars.  I have seen many of them.  They also put tags on that said "HEMI FENDER" and "TRANS AM"

I used to have one that was on a 72 charger I had that all it had was the letter P on it.  Here is another weird tag.  Also.  Starting bid a $50 is kinda high I think.  I sold my last special handling tag for $10 to a friend.

I have a tag on my charger (also a 72) that just has the letter H on it  the other tag has all the other options on it.

          N96 PREP LINE

makes sense, it is an N96 equipped car. There are 3 tags on the car.

My friend's Father bought her a 1970 440+6 4-speed Challenger vert and it has three fender tags...    one is a full standard tag, followed by "Special Order" and "Special Handeling"

The Trans-Um car....
Was rolled in a police chase in the early 1970's. The owner kept the car, and since his family owned a junkyard, he parked it out back.
It was there for at least 10 years before I saw it. The roof was pushed in, and a few wrinkles on the quarterpanels, but the worst of it was the broken glass front and back.
The interior was pretty pooched by exposure to the weather, but there was very little rust to speak of.
The yard was eventually closed, and the car was shipped out to languish in a remote Alberta location.
Strangely enough, it was found there...by my friend Kori.
