Just today i looked at a 1970 Dodge Charger 440 4 speed R/T clone, It had a fairly good paint job and perfect interior.  We had the option of buying it, but the guy told us it needs restoration. When we get there to look at it, it was sold for 7500 dollars. The interior was perfect, the paint was in fair shape painted plum crazy purple, and the 440 four speed was completely rebuilt, and it was a pistol grip. Im kind of pissed off because i didn't buy it. So how much do you think this car was worth? I could get some pictures. The under carriage was also in great shape. I just cant believe i didn't get it. :'( This is going to bother me for the rest of the month.

If it was an orginal 4-speed Charger, that would definately add to the price, even if it was not orginally an RT.  Good running 1970 Chargers with the 440, 4-speed combo are hard to find under $10,000, let alone at the price you mention.  Sorry for the lost deal........

If it did sell for $7,500 it should bother you for the rest of 2008!   :icon_smile_big:   :pity:

Probably double that price for a 440 4-speed in very good condition.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Anywhere from 3-5k more for the stick. Add more for the real r/t's. For $7500 it wasnt bought...it was STOLEN!!
"Remember when I said this car was death proof? Well that wasnt' a lie-this car is 100%death proof- only to get the benefit of it honey you really need to be sitting in my seat"...

That's a killer deal, but was it a "real" clone w/ a Dana & other high $$$ parts?

It was a steal if the car was anywhere near driver quality.  :yesnod:

It had posi traction, 440 dual quad rebuilt, original 4 speed rebuilt, flowmaster exhaust, plumcrazy paint with terrific interior. A total loss for me. :brickwall:
