Its June 9th...we're getting close :popcrn:

You mean close to the end of May?

I recall a thread about a Bigfoot Daytona or something like that from a year or so ago - did those photos ever emerge?

I trust in Mr. Angry to produce what he promises.

There isn't a custom project I've seen yet to finished on schedule.

9 pages in this thread. Weeks and weeks of build up. A total of three teaser pics. This is like taking a woman to a lobster dinner, sitting through all of Titanic, walking her dog, mowing her lawn, and all just for a few peeks at her thong poking up out of the back of her pants.

Throw us a fucking bone! :icon_smile_big:

The best quote in this whole thread!  :smilielol: :D

Like everyone else here, Dying to see the finished product! I'm sure its gonna be worth the wait! :2thumbs:

I just crapped a purple brick. It does exist. You held out on photos as well for a while due to owner did not want photos displayed of it. Well Matt, your not as stoned as I thought you were. Its even uglier than I imagined. Anyone have info. on it? Surely the Daytona god around here know something by now.
9 pages and still going Mike, you'll have to start a new thread about your Daytona's unveiling.
Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

Is this the first time that picture has been shown on this forum?   Did i miss this picture in the mod top thread? :shruggy:

Is it a real Daytona?  :shruggy:  I actually like it, you can't get any more obnoxious than that.

hemigeno

It's a real Daytona, but the mod-top material is not Chrysler-originated.  Custom all the way, which is what I had tried in vain to convince Matt of Way-Back-When.

Old Moparz

Okay, that makes sense then, and it's still kind of cool.  :coolgleamA:

The mod tops grew on me over the years. I didn't like them way back when, but I do like them now. A friend of mine who has a '70 Road Runner convertible, used to have a 1969 Satellite that had a mod top & the interior to go with it. He put a lift off glass hood on it like the 6V cars had & it looked great.
