Superbird 6 Pak toque box

Just one more dumb question,do the 6 Pak Superbirds have the rear toque box in front of the rear spring like the Hemi cars ??
I understand the Cuda's have them.

Most don't, I can't say none have them, but general opinion is no they don't.

From what I understand, a toque is a hat. And you can get HAT boxes.

There are TORQUE boxes on Hemi cars, but normally none on 6 Barrel Superbirds.

 From what I understand, it's hit or miss on torque boxes.  Some cars that were supposed to get them didn't.  Some cars that don't need them, got them.  People have found original slant six cars with torque boxes and hemi cars that are missing them.   You can thank the fine UAW autoworkers for this.

From what I've heard, at least for E-Bodies, Hemi and Six-Pack cars should both have them.  Any lesser motored car should not.

At any rate, if I was building a clone with a high HP motor (and I am), I would add them, as well as subframe connectors, to stiffen up the chassis.   If you plan on driving it hard, these will both help to cut down on cornering and accelleration flex, making the car much more responsive and stable.
