Pitted ports on CH4B intake. Ok? or should I try to repair it.

I purchased a old school Edelbrock CH4B on ebay for my car.

Its in nice shape except the ports seem to be pitted around where the gasket would go.

I think once I get the gaskets it wont be an issue.

But if it is I would rather deal with it now than later.

Check it out and tell me what you think.

You could eaisly put JB weld into the pits, and lightly sand flush, or just use the gasket, very little RTV, and run it.  I doubt you'd have any leaks at all with just gasket+rtv......
