Mech. Autometer speedometer?

I was able to get a new 5" Autometer sportComp speedo for a nice price but its a mechanical one.
Anyone hook one up to their Charger using the existing cable?

The '68 and later cable has the push-on connector on the dash end, to use the threaded speedo you need a cable from a '66 or '67 Mopar. Many GM cables also have the corrected threaded nuts at each end.
