The best one is the new full panel. I bought one for my project and it fits great! I found my best price on Ebay....I got it for $350.

We did the full floor pan like that on a 70 Cuda. Its the same pan, E-body or Late B-body.
Very nice quality. Very nice fit.
A lot of work to put in, but worth it.

I dont think you will ever see them alter the tooling to accommodate 4 speeds. Just buy the hump and cut away the tunnel as needed.
Yours looks good on the 71 you did.

Sorry you will have to come up with your own brackets.
