Yea, im stoked and just hope it isnt some really old collection of model t's or something lol. She said i can have first pic, just hope its muscle cars, not v-w beetles or anything. :smilielol:

if they are model t's and stuff of that style/era let me know...i want to make a ratrod!!!
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

This is the kind of stuff that I dream of! You are one very lucky guy! No matter what these cars are they are still vauable. If even some of them are Mopar muscle cars you have stumbled upon a gold mine. Don't be too quick to sell anything though, do your homework and you will be far ahead in the long run. If on the other hand if you want to sell any hemi Chargers, Challengers, Cuda's, ect. dirt cheap don't hesitate to contact me! Keep us all posted on this, I'm sure you have started something here.

Brock Samson

This reminds me of an incident a few years ago,..
The friend of a friend's Dad died, an ex-Air Force intelligence officer, so she tells my friend he had this old plymouth in his garage and wanted to know if I being a car guy and all, would take a look see and give her an estimate as to what it might be worth...
So of course when she tells me I ask, "did she say what kind of Plymouth?" and so the old lady tells me, "I think she said it was  a Barracuda".
Well ya' know what popped into my head,..    :yesnod:
of course, a Hemi Cuda convertable four speed with billboards in a high impact color that had hardly been used...
I couldn't wait to get over to see the car...  :scratchchin:
of course it took a couple of weeks...  everytime i thought about this old garage kept Cuda, which was several times a day at least,  got more and more shiny and low milage and more loaded with rare options... :drool5:

Well, ya know what happened,.. I get over there and my heart is thumpin like i'm at the front door of Scarlett Johansonn's Pad for the first time, the friend of a friend opens the side door and there in all it's dust covered glory is a '65 Baccaruda which obvioulsy hasn't seen the road in probably at least 20 years...
was driven about as hard as a /6 could be and put away wet..
it was in pretty rough shape and was two or three kinds of green...  :eek2:
as i recall it wasn't worth much at all, i didn't wanna mess with it, i have no idea what happened to it...  :-\

1BAD68

I had the same thing happen to me...
A friend of mine calls me up and says hey my brother in law says that his church has an old "Cuda that they want to get rid of, I ask him why he said 'Cuda and not Barracuda and he says thats what he said the emblems read on the car so now I'm pumped and ask him why does the church have this car, etc...
Long story short, after several days of dreaming about this "Cuda I go down there and sure enough the church has this car and they need to sell it, the guy opens the garage door and there sits a old faded 66 or 67 Barracuda :-\
I was so pumped up from my visions of a AAR or a triple black shaker 440 that it might as well have been a 78 Pinto, I walked away bummed.

69_500

Well I wouldn't turn up my nose at a 67 or a 68 Barracuda. Both very nice looking cars if you ask me. But then again I got my hopes up once over a barn full of cars I was told about. Only to have my hopes dashed.

There was a barn full of cars, and yes there were several Mopars in the barns. To name a few HEMI Charger, and 3 Superbirds. ONly dilema came when I was informed that NONE OF THEM are for sale at any price. Which is fine, as I was thinking that at least I came accross another person who is into Mopars and could wind up being a nice person to chat with. NO dice on that one either, person wasn't interested in talking any more after I left from viewing the cars that day. Wasn't allowed to take any photo's of the car as he thought I would post them on the internet and that he would have several people knocking on his door. That was 4 years ago, maybe I should stop by again.
