I'm looking for a spotweld cutter to remove the trunk floor and main floor in my 68 Charger. I want something durable that won't drill through the supports under the panel. Eastwood has one I'm looking at. Does anyone have experience with this style and can it be sharpened. Also where can I find them cheaper and is 3/8" the size I need? Here's a couple pic of the style I'm looking at from Eastwood. I've used the style that has the replaceable holesaw type bit that is in the second pic but they don't last very long.

The Blair Rotabroach is the ONLY way to go. It has the interchangeable cutting surfaces similar to the one you have pictured, but the kit contains several sizes.

As far as durability goes, I removed a complete floorpan (200+ spotwelds IIRC) and several other major assemblies from a '69 Charger carcass and the insert I used is still good.

The secret is to go slow and use oil on the bit (I used Tap Magic).

The Rotabroach is sold on eBay and is probably carried by your local tool house.
