I have an annoying squeeking from my exhaust due to hardly any clearance above my rear axle (custom shock mounts)
So. I'm thinking of just cutting them off before the rear end.
Any exhaust fume problems?

When I got my car that's how the previous owner had the exhaust.  The fumes were terrible.  I did like the sound though.

Yep, I had them on the car when I got it and the fumes got in the car big time.  I had them turned our to come out just infront of the rear wheels and it worked out great.  I have a 3" system and did not have much room to go over the rear as well.

just a thought...  last summer I was having bad fumes after installing the full exhaust.
I didn't have a trunk seal but after sealing the trunk lid the fumes went away.
Did you guys that were having bad fumes have a trunk seal in place?

Nacho-RT74

I had also fumes in to the cab for a while I didn't have trunk seal.

stay away from the dumps. make a set of tailpipes work or rig a Nascar style exhaust.

the fumes will make you sick, plus in most places they are illegal.

Brightyellow69rtse

i dumped mine this summer like i did to my truck before i sold it. i love dumped exhaust sounds better too. i dont notice fumes in the car or should i say anymore than i did before i dumped it.........Mike

what mufflers? i had flowmasters for a while and it was terrible at low rpms, the drone was un bearable.  the right muffler shouldnt be an issue

I do not know, but you could be right, there is a horrible drone in the coupe on low rpms, he needs a whole new system.
