318 motor, what kind of hp.

I just wanted to know what you guys might think what kind of powere i can get out of my 318.  Its a stock 68 dodge charger with the original 318. i put a edelbrock 550 cfm carb with a aluminum intake manifold, and im thinking about getting some new lifters and cam. What cam would you guys suggest to get the most power? It has 235 hp stock and i hope i will be able to reach 290hp. Im only seventeen, so i cant afford much.

to get that 290, you'll wanna throw on some headers, summit makes a decnet cheap set for around 100 bucks, im thinking maybe a decent cam, .454/.464 with 214 duration might be good for ya, theres others better with cams then me, way better, im sure they'll chime in
