How much of this stuff do you have??

I've got a few pieces, like a couple of NOS headlights in this style box, as well as cans of axle lube, etc.
Whenever I find it at swap meets, I generally buy it.
Big surprise, huh!
I'm not sure when this design of product was actually in use. Any ideas?

The term "Chryco" was used by Chrysler of Canada for its parts department from the 1930s into the 1970s. The more the Canadian market was integrated with the American, the more the name "Mopar" was used in Canada. At the same time, the "Autopar" name disappeared. It was used by Chrysler of Canada for its line of parts for non-Chrysler dealers, much like Prestolite, Champion, and the like. Chrysler offered everthing from ignition parts, hoses, brake parts to tires under the "Autopar" name.

Really?  Wow, thanks Jackie, I lived here all my stupid life and never knew that!  We have an Autopar clock in the shop.  I'm going to have to look around for some Chryco stuff now.
So here's a question, I've frequently heard (and referred) to Mopars as "Chrycos", is this a Canadian only thing or is it used in the US as well?

I don't recall the chryco name being used in the `80s.It was all autopar.

We  always used Mopar in the US as far as I remember.

not much other Chryco stuff that I can think of.

I've always known Chryco as the Canadian version of MOPAR. Never heard the cars referred to as Chrycos, though...
