I had never seen these before until I ran across this one for sale yesterday. 2002 Chrysler GEM electric car, model E825. It's kinda cute   :scratchchin:

They make them right here in Fargo North Dakota.  Several of my friends have them.  I have driven them and haul one back and forth in the spring and fall to and from the lake for a friend.

They are pretty quick off the line.  Spin the tires pretty good.
