Sheesh, I called the Roachway Inn in Carlisle where I usually stay and their full. I called a bunch of others and all said the same, except for one that had a studio/king size bed for $ 219/night.
I ended up at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mechanicsburg for $169/night. Judging from the website the place looks clean compared to the Rodeway inn, and entirely non-smoking to boot.
So if your planning to attend the Chrysler's at Carlisle show, don't delay, book'em now.

Harrisburg is only about a half hour drive away.... should be cheaper rooms out that way.

Mopar440+6

Shippensburg is only half an hour the other direction (south) from Carlisle. There are about 4 different hotels in Ship but I would still say reserve ASAP. I live in Shippensburg, so if anyone would like me to call around for rates PM me with the nights you're planning on staying and the number of people.

Or you can be like me, and just show up to the event, and drive down the road and get a room. Guess I was just lucky like that 2 years ago, but drove about 2 miles from the show, and found a room on Friday night.

Nacho, I'll volunteer to be your chauffeur on Friday. I'll let someone else be graced by your presence for Saturday and Sunday. :D

Yup, got a feeling Jackie's PM box is going to be full very shortly.
Armadeus- There were several hotels that still had rooms for one night but I was looking for three. The change in hotels will do me good. Rodeway has limited parking so if you get back after 10 PM you will have trouble finding a parking spot near your unit, and it seems like there's a party every night in the parking lot right outside my room until the wee hours of the morning.

Yes it is g2 frost green. I really want a 73-74 SE or 71-72 Charger to go with the 73' Rally. Know of any traders? :shruggy:

73 SE?
Let me take a look.
Yep just so happen to have one sitting out front. Needs a new home too.
Wish I had this conversation a year ago though.
Picked up a 74 sattelite at Carlisle July2006. Almost done restoring it now.
Damn maybe could have saved all that hard work!

BMOTOXSTAR

We could still work a trade. :D
You need to make a RR clone to match that Satellite.
Here is mine.
Yours is a twin to mine. :icon_smile_cool:
Mine is a ultra clean survivor. I allready added the slotted tips and go wing. Come on, lets trade. :2thumbs:
Please post some more pic's of the satellite, before & after.
