Hi Everyone!

A few month ago I asked about things to do during our stay in California and I got a bunch of info from you! Thank you all for that!

To me most fun was the "Mopar Muscle Car Madness" in Sacramento - I took a bunch of pictures so if anybody is interested:

Would have loved to be there with my Charger!

Let me know what you think!

btw.: does anybody have more info on the '69 Road Runner that crashed and hit the fourwheeler afterwards? Anybody injured?

cu!

Hey Chris, I was watching in the area where the Roadrunner hit that quad. After the guy lost control doing his warmup burnout and hit the barrier. His crew was towing him back to his pits with the quad. The person driving the quad was towing about 35 mph :brickwall: and decide to slam on his brakes halfway down the track. Well I guess you saw what happened, the Roadrunner smashed into the back of the quad pretty hard. I took the picture with my cell phone but the picture got lost when my sim card was replaced. Nobody got hurt except probably their pride and of course the Roadrunner. Glad you had a good time and can't wait to look at the pic's.

@larry: Yeah, I saw what happened but we were quite far away so we weren't sure if he had lost his wheel or something or hit the quad. But then we saw the damage and figured he must have hit it! Man, that was a bad, bad day for that guy! Thanks for the info!

@hitman: Thanks for the welcome! The attached picture I made a few weeks ago.

My car was recently  featured in a German 'drivestyle' magazine (they call it drivestyle, because it's a little like FHM etc. - not much content except nice pictures and fun stuff...)

This is the cover and this is the poster they sell (caution, nudity!)

It was a nice shooting, they had free beer and food, and those girls ;-)

The Charger will get new (black) interior over the winter and the rear axle will be overhauled. I think next winter it will get it's vinyl top and finally look like the Charger used in Bullitt. That's my goal, to have it look like the movie-car. The 14" wheels and the hubcaps I already have! But there's still much to do, the wiring, the grille, engine compartment etc.

bye!
