69 Charger Hood Depression Decals

I was looking at the decals that Phoenix Graphix sells for the 69 Charger.  They, of course, offer the stripe kit as well as what they call a "technical" decal set which is all the engine, trunk, etc. decals but they also have listed Hood Depression Decals.  I've got block off plates right now but will be intstalling the hood mounted turn signals.  Do you still need the hood depression decals.  Thanks.

OK..... I bought a stripe kit for my car there four years ago. It came with no packing slip or receipt. I called
them up just asking for a receipt for my records, they got pissed, and said this is the only one you will get!!!

I never called them again..........  maybe I caught somebody on a real bad day    but that is bad for
customer service.
