Rambo "I.V."?   Is the I.V. for the the steroids that keep him going?  Will there be a double showing with "Where's My Walker, Texas Ranger"?

You know, I saw the commercial last night and when it first came on I said, Come on isn't he getting a little old for this, this is so 70ish.  By the end of the commercial I was thinking, Oh man I gotta go see that!

Now you have to see this:    http://video.msn.com/video.aspx?mkt=en-US&brand=&vid=8d83524c-e361-49a8-b36d-e0f16931a3ad
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

bull

It's pretty much impossible for this film to be any good. Basically it's a rehash of an overly simplistic story played by an over-the-hill has-been action star. He's starting to look like nothing more than an Asian serial killer.

Charger1973

Ok ive been watching previews for this for about a year now, since it was first announced.  Rocky 954245689832 was pretty damn good and had a nice story, perfect movie to wrap up the series.  This movies story...  I honestly think it sucks.  Although some of the older previews I saw showed some really cool blood and guts scenes.  Im definately going to go see it anyway, I love Stallone movies.  I just wish Richard Crenna was still alive to play Colonel Trautman one last time... That dude was cool.

400/6/PAC

I'd like to see it, But Isn't He a little to old to be playing war.

twenty mike mike

Pretty ironic that he does all these war movies when he's a freakin' draft dodger.

Oh, I guess that proves what a great actor he really is.  :smilielol:

Sly was on the Glenn Beck radio show on Friday talking about the movie. I for one can not wait to see it. He said they were lucky to get a "R" rating because of the violence. It is suppossed to be about what is taking place in Berma. He said a lot of research went into what is happening over there to make the movie.

I heard several people bash the new Rocky movie before it was even out, and that movie was great.

I am hoping the guy pulled off another good one.

I heard Stallone on the Savage Nation - and I tell you the guy still makes movies like they used to. No CGI, lots of explosions and shooting on location in actual jungle. Not some resort in Mexico, with a few pretty boys running around.

This is in your face and it is unlike the last Rambo mopvies as in, the war and violence is more brutal. This is not going to be as fun as a Rambo III, as there are sequences of rapings and brutality committed by the enemy on villagers and more.

But from what I understand, Rambo goes ape  :flame: - and in today's media and movies, it will be a breath of fresh air. No more understanding the enemy as Rambo just takes care of them in the tradition of the 80's action stars.

I can't wait.

And that's what makes it worth going to see.

Charger1973

Went to see it last night.   :popcrn:  :2thumbs:

This movie was even bloodier than I expected...  It was really good though, and realistic.  Stallone kicks ass, again.  Fair warning if your old lady has a weak stomach though, my girlfriend threw up afterwards...  awesome.   :eek2: :smilielol:

Ponch ®

HOLY SHIT!

GREATEST MOVIE EVER!

This one's got the Official Seal of Approval by Ponch.  :2guns:

But yeah...the blood and gore in this movie makes KIll Bill look like  "The Princess Diaries".
