Jack Mounting Pocket

I doubt this is what it is actually called, but I was wondering if anyone is reproducing the one that is welded to the floor at the rear of the car as well as the u shaped hook to mount the spring.  My hook is all rusted, but I could fabricate this.  The pocket I have no idea what it looks like.  If they are not reproduced could someone please post a pic with some measurements.

I would like to see the catch on the Wheelhouse , I threw mine out by mistake when I replaced the outer wheelhouse .

They are reproduced, i replaced it on my car. The kit includes the spring, the U-shape hook and the pocket. I did post a pic on here with a e-bay link, i will try and dig it up.

 paddock sell them     it says 70 - 74 , but sure  looks the same as all second generations to me

Can someone post a close-up pic of the  jack  catch that sits on wheelhouse

Wow those are quite pricey at $72.95 for  3/8 in wire with a couple of bends.
