Probably a bit longer than you think.  Those t-56's in the viper have proven themselves pretty reliable.  There is some minor mods you can do that make them even stronger.

never knew this  good info  :yesnod: wonder if you could slap one behind a bigblock  with the correct  adapter plate or bell housing mods :scratchchin:

D&D Performance and Rockland Standard Gear beefs them up to hold up  1200 hp/ 1000lbs torque :2thumbs: They are app 7K.
There is a bellhousing for the BB Chevy, and the new WP block has that pattern also, in additional to the BB mopar pattern. :D
Since we only live once, and all this is not just a dressed rehearsal, but the real thing............ Well, enjoy it!!!!

friend's Father has a Viper making just shy of 1400hp and he is running a Rockland trans...    He says they are top notch   :2thumbs:
