Question regarding sheetmetal replacement order

My rear frame rails are sorta rusty and need to be replaced. So do the quarters. Now, here's a stupid question I have. Does it matter what order you replace stuff in or?? I'm thinking about getting my grandfather to do the quarters. When I take my car to the car show in July, I'm thinking about replacing the quarters with him after the show. So yea, is it fine to replace the quarters and THEN the frame rails or should the frame rails be replaced and then the quarters and everything else.

Structure work (rails) should always be done first! You ALWAYS start from the foundation
