Ive replaced everything in my brake system except my steel lines. master cylinder, booster, proportioning valve, hoses, calipers, pads, shoes, wheel cylinders, and drums. When i get in it and push on the pedal it feels spungie, and when the cars running it hit the floor but after one pump i have brakes. I bled the crap out of the brakes and there doesn't seam to be any leaks. any guesses? do you think they need to be pressure bled? Its a 73 power disc/drum

Sounds like you still have air in the system. Did you bench bleed the master Cylinder before you installed it?

Very simple solution , fill master cyl I hope with Silicone DOT  5 [ no brainier for classic cars ]  next , open all bleeders and go to dinner , check fluid level every 1-2 hour . It is called gravity bleed . Been there many a time .
