I am rather diverse. I like alot of different things and I am not afraid to show up ata concert (Toto was proof of that).

I really dig Slayer. I have seen them more than a dozen times over the past 20 years. They don't really change or evolve, but I think that is partially why I like them. They are predictable and reliable.

Metallica goes a ways back for me. But I am more one of the pre-Black album era fans. I like stuff done after, but its just music. Before Black they were on a mission.

Pantera was one of those bands I loved the minute they came out on the commercial scene. I was heartbroken when Dimebag died. That band was so powerful, it was a shame knowing I would never witness it ever again.

I am a HUGE fan of death metal. Deicide, Morbid Angel, Carcass, Cannible Corpse, Death, Cancer, etc.

Old school metal is a big love too. I really dig Venom, Mercyful Fate/King Diamond, Dio, etc.

Overall I guess I am a thrash metal fan at the core, but with heavy interest in Death.

Then the 'normal' stuff. Cream, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, the standard stuff guitar players like (except SRV). I also dig alot of the 80's pop stuff I couldn't stand when it was new.

I am really surprised that only 1 person has mentioned Red Hot Chili Peppers.  I saw them a few years ago.  One of the best shows ever.  I might have accidentally took some video of it with a camera that might have accidentally got left in my pocket. I also might have accidentally placed it right here for anyone that wants to see it.
