Some pictures from Wilhelm's website.  The truck doesn't look much different than a standard Class 8 until you see it in real life.  Those are 14-24 tires on it.

The 4th down picture is "mini wheels".  It's the 150 ton trailer, next one down from "Enormous".

This one, right? Yeah, I guess it does sorta dwarf the truck behind it.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Ah yes, a screamin Detroit.  I have such fond memories of them.  My fingers have finally healed from slamming my hand in the door on purpose every time I got behind the wheel of a Silver 92 powered rig.  You had to be good and pissed off.

Always required buckets underneath them as well to catch all the oil when you parked for the night.  ;D

The second truck I ever drover for a job, was a '71 International Transtar cabover with a Detroit 318 and a 13spd trans. Took forever to get rolling, but once it was, it did the job. I miss the sound of those 2 cycle engines.

I still have two of these 44 ounce cups from the '80s. The date on the cups say 1987. I been using these non stop since I've had them. You can click on the pics to see them full size. As you know, 76 Truck Stops are long gone now.

We run the International Paystar 5000's in the 'patch.  Super big cabs, you could lean out of your seat trying to touch the person riding with you and still not touch them.  I think we had like 70% of the rigs running Detroits'.  There was a gin truck we had that had a 13 speed, double Overdrive w/ I think a 4 speed aux. box.  It had a button on the shifter that would stop the air so you could split the gears faster.  You know how sometimes you split a gear and get into the throttle too fast the motor would just rev, not with that button.  I didn't run the gin trucks so I didn't drive that truck too much.
I run the tandem trucks, the #1 tandem truck run 52 mph and mine ,#2, ran about 60 mph.  Both run the only Cummins in the fleet.
Never knew the top speed of that gin truck, about 80-90 the front would start shaking terribly but it was easily a triple digit rig if you could keep it from falling apart at speed.

I only have a few pictures of my 'patch days, wasn't into cameras back then.  I'll see if I can find some.
