were does this go??  does it belong on a 1974 charger??

It goes between the oil pan and the engine block.  If your question is should it be there from the factory on a stock 74 Charger with a smallblock, the answer is no.  They can help performance and no one will ever know it's on there, so if you want one, go for it.  However, in something like an unmodified 318, it would be unnecessary.

It bolts to the main bearing caps but I have a pic somewhere.  I'll scan it for you and post it.
