rebuilding a rear

I have collected the parts to make a nice rear swap from 8.25 to 8.75. Complete axle housing and axles with backing plates from carlisle. 742 center section with 3.23 gears open housing, and a detroit locker sure grip all from ebay.
I am guessing my 1st step is to see to the sure grip section.
Can anyone tell me how to start this process?
