Garland Texas Daytona ad circa 1970

The ad is from Dallas morning news 3-14-1970 Garland Dodge stock number #2363 for $4099.My girlfriend Annie enlisted recently on this Genalogy site to do her family tree research search .And we found we could also search into the automotive archives normally found on microfilm from various years and states .And in 1972 in the same paper found a personal ad for a daytona for $1750.00 Dont Call I already did .Maybe some TX board members will recogonize some of these cars and ads

Found some additional info on this Garland Dodge daytona the ads says it just arrived first time on display in Dallas the date is Sept 6-1969 .Which is early as daytonas were built from 4-27- and on into June.And the 69 daytona first raced at Talladgega Sept 14-1969.It appears to be a light colored car .Which reminded me the ebayTexas toasted daytona was a white car

I been on it it tonight used search words like  dodge-hemi all years daytona superbird - .Found a ad for 74 guy wanting to trade hemi superbird for motor a motorcycle.Found a 691/2 super bee ad /66 hemi charger ad 71 hemi charger for sale in OK.Looked up dodge fever and found the story when Joan Parker got recruited 8-20 1967.The site shes currently using Geneologybank.com.Been printing but ran out of ink for now
