When I got 74 rallye harness got with Canadian interlock control, what is not really an interlock unit, like really just a warning signals control unit

Now I got the USA control unit what it is really an interlock unit.

I have the canadian model floating around and this USA unit came with the bracket. Is not a bolt on bracket is a slide bracket.

How does mount underframe and where ?
