Wondering if I could combine a short holiday in the States with getting a 440 rebuild through a member of this site.
I know Chryco Psycho &  firefighter3931 are pro's in building engines but why do you live in Canada?  :icon_smile_blackeye:
So who's into building bullet proof 440's?

Bull pointed out there's a engine builder in OR, got estimated around 4.5K for a fresh build and dyno-ed 440 ,oil pan to carb

Thanks

Hi There!
Ofcause there are a bunch of good engine builders in the states, but plane tickets and shipping will bump up that price Quite a bit :Twocents:
Why not get one of the members that you mentioned come up with a proven combo, get the parts over, and get it done here in Europe?
There are a lot of shops here that can do the machining job, balancing, clearancing etc here our side of the Atlantic :2thumbs:
I live in Norway, and i have a super shop just 20min up the road from me. They are friends of me, and they are going to  hep me build my Hemi.
Since we only live once, and all this is not just a dressed rehearsal, but the real thing............ Well, enjoy it!!!!

thanks for the reply Suntech.

The engine is part of the project that I hope to build in the US.
It is not for my Charger.
