One of the online guys that used to sell Model cars, and still does on EBAY, started using DHL and had FANTASTIC service from them, I might use them next time I have to ship one, I know of one, MAYBE two i will have to ship when done.

I had to ship a model police car and used UPS, No problems at all!

So check this out. I'm at the Mall yesterday ( I fix elevators and escalators)   :eek2: and there is the UPS and Fed X guy talking, ( I know the UPS guy), so I come over and go well,  Look what we have here, the two competitions talking with each other.   The fed X guy makes some smart remark ( joking)  so I go, Well if your gonna break my chops let me tell you what I read about you guys and I tell him the story about the snow and no feet tracks and the box thrown way over there.  Of course he tells me the guy should be glad it even made it there as they don't have to walk in snow and the driveway should of been shoveled, on and on we went.   :yesnod: I park my truck next to both of their's and when I was leaving, ( not making this up)  the UPS guy had 3 large carts outside his truck and  a step stool.  He was walking up and down the stool and stacking the box's neatly on the carts.   The fed x guy was in the truck and throwing the box's out that back door into a huge pile on the mall lot,   :o never even came off the truck once until time to restack on the Dolly.  I was able to walk over to the UPS guy ( because the Fed X guy was deep in the truck throwing things)  and say, See!      Pm'd 69500 this morning, he's sending me some parts, he said he's gonna call Fed X or UPS, I wrote back, use UPS!  :icon_smile_big:

You shoulda just looked at the FX guy and told him that if he was a man, he wouldn't melt if his wittle feet got wet!!!  :icon_smile_big: :icon_smile_big:

Do me a favor, next time you see that Jack-off frome Fed-EX, Tell him first, That I called him a JACK-OFF and secondly it's a little tough to stay home and shovel the snow when I'm at work, DOING my JOB, something he and his kind are incapable of doing...Who shovels 4 inches of snow, anyway  :shruggy:...

The boxes were kicked out of the back of the truck, right in the middle of my driveway, "His Highness" couldn't bother to carry the boxes up to the porch  :brickwall:  The only foot prints anywhere were on the boxes...

I see these Fed-EX Jack-offs at work all of the time, actually THROWING packages into the back of the trucks...These are expensive new painted parts the we manufacture, thrown as if they were a box of shit...They should all be fired  :flame:

I did say to the UPS guy at the time, " Imagine if that was something I was waiting for, and he's throwing the box's out the back door?  :shruggy:

This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

NOTHING should be handled in a bad way by a PAID carrier. Anytime this kind of stuff happens it should be reported.  Caught on tape is  for sure the best proof.

My wife just received a medium size box of clothes from Germany. By the time it got here it was open on both ends and wet. It came through DHL and then USPS. Our regular mail carrier brought the box to the door and said, (Please check this closely BEFORE I leave). Luckily everything was there and in a very large plastic bag. He told me that USPS is having many meetings with DHL over the torn up boxes from them.

Now when ever we buy and have something shipped we request that the seller take extra care in packing and that it be put in a plastic bag. Most have no trouble with our request.
