74 Charger Grille Hardware

 I've been searching and can't locate a supplier of the plastic inserts that go into the square holes in the sheet metal to mount the grilles. These have a round head about 1/2 inch in diameter and 3/16 inch thick and have the square legs cut that fit into the hole. The screw attaching the grilles then screw into these plastic inserts. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think your best bet is to ask someone with a parts car to snag you a few.

I went to a trauck and trailer supply place when I need new bumper bolts a few months ago and Inoticed they had a variety of plastic inserts in various sizes.  I don't know that they had what you need but maybe some of the unusual hardware places like that might have what you need.  TSC or a boat supply or transports, those sort of places?

try R/T specialties - i purchased some - they are not the exact replacements but good enough.
