What no Hydrogen cars in there? (yet).  :icon_smile_big:  Great list, thanks.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

J-440

My 67 Coronet R/T should have been 3rd on that list.  It got 9 mpg city and about 13 hwy.
68 R/T, 440/727 6-speed, SC G-machine...black suede

you are telling me the viper and corvette get better gas mileage then all of those cars? hmmmm.... I guess american vehicle tech is far and above the others afterall... same horsepower, close to same handling, a crapload cheaper in cost, and now better gas mileage... why do people even buy those cars then? :D
67 Plymouth Barracuda, 69 Plymouth Barracuda, 73 Charger SE, 75 D100, 80 Sno-Commander

Big Lebowski

How about trucks? I'll bet the 5.7 Hemi 2500 quad cab long bed 4x4 would beat the 8 mpg.

Just out of sheer morbid curiosity I would love to know when the last time you bought a brand new vehicle and had to pay that tax... :ahum: I'm not saying I'm all for taxes on everything but don't complain about it when you've never had to deal with it just so you can up your post count... :slap:

One of my cars is a 91 civic HB, gets 35 in city,  would have made the top ten fuel efficient cars of 2008, in 17 years that's the best they can do?   :shruggy:

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

Hmm, I was considering the Bugatti Veyron with 8/14 MPG, but I like the idea of saving a few bucks each year by getting the Bentley Azure/Arnage RL with 9/15 instead.
