Good going Trav... Another one saved.... Too bad I wasn't in a position to save it with you, I have a front clip in my garage attic...................

It's sitting in storage right now.  I have a friend who wants it pretty badly, so I might end up trading it to him (His XP 69 was hit by a tornado years ago and needs too much to fix, the back half of the car is now gone)......

Trav-  Man, you have quite the luck finding rare Charger projects.  If you happen to come across the 70 500 SE /6, let me know.   ;D......

Trav, I don't think of you as a flipper. You're more like an adoption agent/rescuer of abused Chargers. Anyway, good find.
Same here. :yesnod:
Congrats Trav, another abused Charger rescued. :2thumbs:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Oh the irony :scratchchin:  :nana: ;)

Looks like the discs were swapped for drums on the front???

Got the tag info as well?

I was thinking the same thing.  Congrates, nice to see another rare car saved.  I would give anything to find something like that, but in the North East I think they're all gone.  I keep looking though.  Actually there's a Hemi charger (68or9) sitting in a warehouse 2 towns over I'm told.  The owners were a husband and wife team that raced it on the track at CT dragway  in the 70's, got divorced and neither will part with it.  So it sits hidden.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Hahahahahahahahahaha...........   $500.00 seems to be your magic number lately..  Somehow I thought since you had to pull it out of nowhere and off a bunch of 55 gallon drums, you would have pulled this one in a bit shorter..  :D  BUT Trav, I would have owned it...   ;)

I have a Question, If you did not want it before why did you want it now? :scratchchin: LEON.

69charger2002

very easy. to make a rebody  :smilielol:
seriously the answer is not complicated.
1. to save it(throw me the dolphin comments all you want, but this is a legitimate reason)
2. to make a few bucks(anything wrong with that?)
that pretty much sums it up.. i am not gonna lie sitting behind a keyboard about it.. lol

You got your hands full with that one Trav.  ;) Nice save though. I know you won't keep it long, so let's hope the next guy doesn't part it out.
