pretty cool but here in PA it's illegal to have any light above the headlights.

Wouldn't they reflect off the glass and blind you?

nope the front surround is rubber and mounts flush against the glass...

one of the guys i work with is a volunteer firefighter, he just got something similar to that one last week as a present for his b-day.  Said his wife spent liek 600 bucks on them, they are cool looking though
