Hi,

I have a Charger and want to hear from anyone who may have swapped their entire exaust system. I am considering headers, midpipes and mufflers and have several concerns. First should I use shorty headers or the long tubes and if doing so do I create more problems than its worth with underhood temps and burned stuff if there are clearance issues. The midpipes and cats, do I have emmission issues and finally with the mufflers - DRONE. I have drone w/ my other 2 cars and w/ old muscle thats fine. I don't want it here. A little drone is OK say maybe the difference between having your back seat down w/ the factory system but not much more. With the exhaust, I am leaning toward the 304 stainless stuff from Borla. Has anyone ever heard of Kooks headers since Borla doesn't have a header?

Thanks.

well... i will be the first to say that you may or may not get a good answer to this because only a limited number of people on this charger site own '06 and above chargers.  I do have a dynomax on my '05 hemi truck and it sounds awesome.  Ran straight from the stock exhaust manifolds.

oh... this site is geared for 66-74 chargers btw, good luck on your quest!
