Anyone got any pics of orange 68-70's without any General Lee graphics? Please post if so, what do you think of these without the General Lee stuff? Bit strange or cool?

I've always wondered if Orange was the way to go?  But after seeing these colors I'm thrilled to be part of the orange gang.  Seeing those pictures of Chris's car finally done me in for a black top, I love the contrast.  Those 70's are amazing, I love the sunroof car, the orange one.   If my orange is different than your orange, it's because my orange is GM's Hugger Orange, sorry it's the GM in me. ( Hey I didn't paint it!)
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Not a big fan of orange, but they look pretty good once you get the stripe and vinyl top on.

Do you get a lot of people though making the General Lee comment? Like "Where are the graphics" etc, that would annoy me

My hemi orange charger!!! most of the gen lee comments i get are from kids and it doesn't bother me on bit especially when you see them just walking around at a car show looking at all the cars and then to see there face light up and and skip a whole row of cars to check out the one that looks like a dukes car.

That is how the General Lee's on the TV show were done (except for a couple of rare exceptions). It originated with Lee1 having a terrible non-factory seam there. They left the trim to conseal the bad body work.

If your talking to me the rear tires are the same as those Mickey Thompson N-50's which were 12 inches wide. Common back in the 70's. These rims & tires have been on this car since the 70's. Dry rotted & all. LEON. :yesnod:
