email I'm sending:

No prob about Y washer conector since is the one I really wanted, just that I never think you will send that one, because Mopar is not anymore making the Y connectors, they were making the T shaped and now I have three of those thinking I was to get the T one. I asked and never got description thought.

BUT when I was inquiring about wiper switch allways inquired about 72/73 VARIABLE SPEED WIPER SWITCH REGARDING MY CAR IS 74. On 74 Variable speed wasn not an option just 72/73. That was a worry when I filled the car specs box, filling my 74 car and that's why I told that on the emails inquiry, my car is 74 but I wasn't searching a 74 part simply because DOES NOT EXIST!

I have a 71 Variable speed sat in my desk and I know how a variable speed works... is just off, on on low speed and the fade up to high speed with no clicks in the middle.

To be sure I also sent you an email to be sure the switch I want and you would send works on that way

3 speeds is not the same than Variable speed, just motors are the "same", but not switches.

On one of the emails I asked about PN you were to send and you told me will send the right one, without give me the PN. Now you know why I asked about PN.

Being On Mopar boards since 8 years now, I have noticed in SOME CASES ( not all ) not even some dealers what post on boards really knows the difference on parts. And being outside USA, I have to be sure I would get the right part I want.

That has beeing an advantage in some cases, because in fact I bought from you on ebay about 4 years ago a NOS front speaker that you listed to dodge trucks so nobody interested. I checked PN and noticed was also B and E body application. If you were listed that too, I bet I wouldn't have been able to get it on auction!!! I bet you didn't know that, because if that was the case you were listed on that way.

So please check all the emails chain if you still have saved ( I do ) and will see i was asking 72/73 VARIABLE WIPER SPEED no 3 speeds switch, regarding my car is 74.

Thanks.

Nacho.

I see your side of the argument Nacho, but I do not think that telling a vendor they do not know what they are doing will resolve the problem. That vendor will probably tell you that you are still wrong if they decide not to ignore you.

Try leaving out the part of your email telling them they do not know what they are doing & it might work.
