Seems that when I go to a movie not expecting much, I am often very wrong.     This is a dang good movie, Jodi Foster is such a good actress, and the movie was very suspensful and moved along with suspense almost the whole way, once it got going, took a good half hour for that, but worth the wait.   Way way better than that Redeye movie.

I have that happen guite frequently. I think prior expectations play a big role in how well a movie is percieved.

I'm glad to hear you liked this one, I'm hopefully gonna see it this week. I thought it looked good from the previews...not that you can really rate a movie from previews these days. :eyes:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I always liked her movies, & she's definitely nice looking too. The one where she's trapped in the vault in her apartment was a great one.

Panic Room?

I haven't seen her in a movie since Silence of the Lambs...

Yup, Panic Room.

I think she did a great job in "Maverick".
I liked "Contact" a lot too. That was another one I was nicely surprised about.

Yep, Panic Room. My favorite scene is the one with the propane tank.  :smilielol:  I won't say anything else, or I'll ruin it if you haven't seen the movie.

Those are some great pics of Jodie.   I haven't seen Panic Room, I liked Contact.  Thanks for saying no more, I'll rent that one.

I saw flight plan, thought it was good but not her best.  I agree she is a very talented actress and not tough on the eyes.

"The Accused" is on HBO right now, Jodie Foster and Kelly McGillis, Jodie does a good job with the role, I started watching it right before she rams her orange camaro into the guy's pickup who was a spectator of the incident and was harrasing her at the store.
