Just watched that goddamn Jimmie Johnson take out some really good race cars at Talledega a few minutes ago.  Mark Martin might as well hang it up for the chance at a championship, thanks to that friggin 48 car.

My driver, Sterling Marlin JUST missed getting side swiped by Elliot Sadler- that was too close!

I'm glad to see Johnson's 48 ride have substantial damage enough that he won't be that good enough to keep his lead in the points chase...serves him right!!!  HA HA HA!!! He just blew out his left rear tire and ripped the left side of his car off!!

THERE IS JUSTICE IN THIS WORLD AFTER ALL!!!!  :smilielol: :smilielol: :smilielol:

It sucks that both Martin and Rusty were in wrecks. But I still love the close rubbing & racing :yesnod:

I'm happy to see DJ win again :2thumbs:

Karma came back to get Jimmie. I loved it when the announcers were talking about Chad and Jimmie asking the other Hendrick drivers to drop back and help him back to the front. I hate all this teamate stuff. I wasn't a big Earnhardt fan, but I don't remember him needing 3 or 4 teamates to help him win his 7 titles.

Quite the wreckfest. The ONLY reason DJ won was because he was using an experimental engine that had more horsepower than the other Fords.

I'm not usually a conspiracy theorist, but can't help but wonder about all the things going on in NASCAR lately. Those type of things didn't seem to happen before the "final chase" set-up - which kept some of the regulars from being in contention this year.
Kinda makes a guy wonder.
Sixty-eights look great and the '69 is fine.
But before the General Lee there was me - Headrope.
