Hello I am using 452 heads for a 440 rebuild. I need help in determining what type of work needs to be done to this heads for street weekend use. Of course would like to get the best hp torque done to them. What parts do I need to buy etc.

thx again.

raull,

to be honest, wait until this spring when the new 440source.com alum. heads come out.  it will be cheaper in the long run and you will get more capabilities with them, then with stock heads.

redoing a set of heads can run you about $700-$800 depending on parts costs and work - just drop $100 more for new aluminum heads

Thx you again.

I will be waiting for the alum... heads to come out. Enough said about heads.
Now, I am considering of getting the 500 ci strocker kit too, maybe.
