These were in a bucket in the trunk of my 69 Charger when I got it. Can someone tell me what thet are?

they are the forward turn signal lights and housings to a Charger...    the are located in the front valance below the grill

no, they mount in the valence panel below the front bumper. since you are building a daytona clone you will not need them.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior

My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............
