Is there any good souce showing how to replace the ignition switch in a 70 Coronet? Or after the wheel comes off is it pretty straight forward? I have read there maybe some modifications even using an "NOS" switch. Thanks

There should be a diagram of the steering column and it's parts somewhere else on the site.  Here is the fsm text for the switch.
