G'day guys,

just wondering where is the best palce to get parts to repair my cars old A/C compressor ? I think a bearing on the clutch or something like that may be gone because when it was turned on it was quite "rattly" and the noise didn't stop till I turned it off.

Thanks,

Peter. :2thumbs:

Do to your location it may be more of a challenge. Here in the U.S. RV2 style compressors are still readily available as rebuilt units thru most local parts stores. You may have to resort to companys like www.classicautoair.com or www.vintageair.com If its just a bearing on the clutch assembly I would think that you should still be able to get your hands on just the bearing even in your local. After all half the bearings here in the states are made in China or Romania.
