THANKS GOD WE MADE TO WIN THE REFERENDUM ELECTIONS yesterday ( still think difference was LOT MORE than numbers aclaimed ), about constitution modifies that would make us a "socialist" country. I think votes against the constitucional proposition were SO MUCH than not even with a fraud would be able to cover the results

Poor Simon Bolivar!!! I think he will resurrect someday to slap to Chavez and then KILL HIM, using his name on the way he uses. Bolivar ideas are really so far away from this!!!!

socialism is a decent form of government as long as the country that adopts this form has undergone an evolution of governments and societal infrastructure so that it can financially support and propagate such principles that socialism represents.  Marx was correct in stating that socialism can only work if capitalism comes before it. 

This is where the Soviet Union busted, and so will all other countries that try to make the evolutionary governmental leap from either feudalism/dictatorship/monarchy/oligarchy to socialism.  Eventually, the government will fall and either a new dictator promising more BS will appear, or the people of the country will force change for progress (i.e. more dollars/capitalism). That is, of course, if you call capitalism progress
