it is a true YY1 car also.  one of the stipulations for allowing me to buy it was that I keep it the same color.  well... I do have a superbee hood lying around and if I could full vinyl top the car.... what a cool superbee clone it would make.  :scratchchin:  :icon_smile_big:

its actually a 70 charger, but it is sitting up in North Dakota with my uncle.  He has it and is holding it for me until I can find the time to get up there.

did that car come from emporia by chance? if not there is one just like it running around up there
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

buttermilksloth

yeah, its from emporia.  it was my car.  been in the area for 4 years or so.   are you from emporia?

I had to work during the el dorado thing, i had to take my vacation in July.  I sold the car because I didn't really have any good place to keep it here.  That, and I needed more guitars :D
