Apparently the guy in Santa Cruz takes only 3 weeks to build a car, is that possible?

If really interested, I've seen him sell a few cars, try contacting the buyers to see what their impression was of the car.

There is nothing about your standard GL replica that requires some special builder to pull off. Any resto shop can build you a GL so long as they are given the proper materials.

1975 Corvette Flame red code 70 paint
Convert interior to tan (dye what is not repoped, buy what is)
Your choice of pushbar
Easy to find rollbar (with minor investigation you can have a muffler shop make one)
Vector rims (new or old, easy to find)
And the decal set that makes you smile
