intake grinding

looks like edelbrock rpm intake hitting to the valley cover from below intake port in every corner,a little grinding maybe help
also whitch threat is in edelbrock head exhaust fasterners  (3/8 unc maybe)

are you grinding the intake or valley pan??

If you use a standard valley pan those problems will go away.
