when i first got my charger back in 98, i rebuilt the front end but didnt touch the front brakes because they had been rebuilt not long before i got it. Now my right caliper is binding creating excess drag which as you all know is not a good thing. I looked through the year one catalog and here are my options (unless you can think of any more) 1. buy a new piston ($21.95 or 2 for 41.95) and rebuild kit (12.80 or 23.95 for both) or 2. buy a remanufactured caliper (83.00 or 2 for 155.00) what would you do? im kinda leaning towards the remanufactured calipers as it seems like a bolt in deal. Is there any other place that sells brake parts (at a better price?) this is for a 72 charger with "pin style"calipers. thanks in advance  :2thumbs: ps, im sure the shipping cost would be high since these are not light parts.

If money is no problem I'd go with the rebuilt units. Have you checked with your local auto parts store?

well, i cant affrod anything new like wilwoods etc, as for the rebuild kits i will probably use them for my old calipers. I got in touch with richard from mopar action a.k.a "e booger" and his prices are better than year one's (plus id rather give him my $ than year one no disrespect to year one) so, that's probably what i will do go with the rebuild stock calipers.  :2thumbs:
