Hello to all........have a 70 dodge charger witha .030 over 440 trw six pack pistons mild 452 heads lunati (250 & 240 @50  547 & 520 lift) rpm intake with a 750 holley dp msd ignition 13/4 headers auto trans with 3000 stall & 4.56 gears .....witha good tune what would you think she'll run in the quarter & approx horsepower & torque..........thx for any replies...........

12.3 sounds like a good starting point.  you will need a bigger carb, i would say at least an 850.  i had a mild 440 build in my 73 with 410 gears and ran a 12.74.  you may not hit the 12.3 right out of the box but that combo should get you there with some tweeking (this is all subject to your elevation as well, i was at about 700 ft.).
take off a plug wire if you want to hit that 13 flat, lol.
