Is there a way to test a 3 speed wiper switch and an ignition switch? Would like to check before installing.Thanks....

ignition switch, yes... year ? I can give you 70/71 guide, that probably will work on earliers if you have wires to compare prongs with plug to test by color

keep one multitester end on ignition switch red wire end ( batt source ), and:
continuity just with black wire on acc position
continuity with black and blue wires on RUN position, but not between them
continuity with yellow and brown wires on START position, not between them.

Never continuity between any color wire ( but red of course ) on any position.

this is with siwtch unplugged &/or ballast unplugged ( ballast makes continuity between brown and blue allways ).

There is a way to test wiper switch but I have to analize first the diagram.

welll wires codes are the same... you need just to check which wire plugs on what prong.
